TAKE NOTE:
NO CONTENT, NO FULFILLMENT policy applies.
NO REQUESTS will be fulfilled 3 DAYS BEFORE & AFTER a major event.
WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS are not counted.

4. Video Contents
The Marketing Department's Graphic Artist will use this form to manage the increase of demand on artwork requests by setting up schedules and queueing process based on the request date. This is also because we only have one (1) graphic artist across the Coop who is also maintaining a list of regular postings.
Also, this form aims to collate all necessary information for easier delivery of request.
Kindly note the standard process of this ARTWORK REQUEST:
Step 1: Requester fills out the ARTWORK REQUEST FORM.
(Please message one of our team members once you sent a form)
Step 2: Marketing Team reviews the request. We may reach out to you for further clarifications.
Step 3: Marketing Team fulfills the request in 3-5 BUSINESS days depending on how heavy & urgent the artwork request is.
